Rasmus comes with global leadership experience and has a passion for creating tomorrow’s winning businesses with a focus on innovation, corporate entrepreneurship, digital, and global expansion. He enjoys to create new growth engines and high impact teams and organisations to move businesses beyond current core.
Throughout his career, Rasmus has consistently worked for leading global companies across all continents, primarily within FMCG and telecoms. He is a rare hybrid with a strong background in top tier strategy consulting from Booz & Company, Accenture and Qvartz and senior leadership roles in Arla Foods, one of the world’s largest dairy companies, and Alcatel (now Nokia). In Arla Foods, Rasmus played an instrumental role in doubling its international business and taking profitability to new levels. In his last role as head of corporate strategy and incubation, Rasmus led the new digital ambition and launched four new, radical growth ventures. Today, Rasmus helps clients to shape and create new growth ventures – and to reinvent and future proof businesses with a primary focus on Consumer & Retail clients.
Rasmus holds a MSc in International Marketing & Management from Copenhagen Business School and Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada – and has attended leadership training at INSEAD and LBS.
